• Production time + Hallmark: 7–10 working days (excluding order day)
• Fast-Track Service – Production time + Hallmark: 3–4 working days (excluding order day)
• Bespoke orders may require additional time, depending on how quickly the design is finalised
• UK delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery

• Tracking & insurance: All parcels are fully insured, tracked, and require a signature

RETURNS POLICY

• Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless we’ve made an error
• If a mistake is made on our part, we will remake the item at no extra cost. In these rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue
